New rules of rendering of state services of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
On the Approval of new rules for rendering of state services of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
By the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.123 “On the Approval of Rules for Rendering of State Services in the Field of Nuclear Energy Use” dd. 01 April 2020, some orders of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been considered inoperative, including:
1. The order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.299 “On the Approval of Standards of State Services in the Field of Nuclear Energy Use” dd. 22 April 2015;
2. The order of acting Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.378 “On the Approval of Regulations of State Services in the Field of Nuclear Energy Use” dd. 28 May 2015.
New rules of rendering of state services of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been approved by the same order, including:
1.“Issuing license for handling of devices and equipment generating ionizing radiation”;
2.“Issuing license for rendering of services in the field of nuclear energy use”.
According to the new rules of rendering state services of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Issuing license for handling of devices and equipment generating ionizing radiation”, the following documents shall not be submitted to the Committee:
1.Operating regulations approved by the applicant;
2.Agreement on the compulsory insurance of employees against industrial accidents at workplaces.
According to to the new rules of rendering state services of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Issuing license for rendering of services in the field of nuclear energy use”, the following documents shall not be submitted to the Committee:
1. Agreement on the compulsory insurance of employees against industrial accidents at workplaces.
Besides, documents (certificates, licenses, authorizations), confirming qualification and theoretical and practical training of personnel, for sub-activities “technical maintenance, assembly, disassembly, charging, re-charging, repairs of devices and equipment, including medical devices and equipment containing radioisotope sources of ionizing radiation or generating ionizing radiation, shall be submitted in the original.
